Paul Ketcham
Paul Ketcham, Assistant Secretary of Education for the State of Indiana, will deliver the keynote address at the 2026 Indiana Career Readiness Conference!
Paul Ketcham brings a wealth of experience to this role, most recently as the 2025 Indiana Superintendent of the Year, where he worked to strengthen partnerships between industry, higher education, and local communities — making him a perfect fit for our conference theme of Bridging Classroom to Career.
In his current role, Ketcham works alongside Indiana Secretary of Education Dr. Katie Jenner to advance the state’s strategic priorities for K–12 and higher education, ensuring Indiana students are prepared for lifelong success. His keynote will focus on career readiness and workforce preparation — timely and essential topics for every educator and career professional in the room.
