Inspire Success is home to initiatives that transform schools and inspire those who help students succeed.
Counselor1Stop is a website created for and by school counselors. It is the answer to the counselor’s wish for one place that has quick answers about counseling issues and easy access to quality resources. It exists thanks to the school counselors who contribute and manage information and resources on a wide-range of counseling topics, working in partnership with Fleck Education and the Indiana School Counselor Association.
In our Comprehensive Counseling Initiative Video series, each month we highlight an Indiana school corporation that received a Comprehensive Counseling Initiative (CCI) grant from Lilly Endowment and the community partners with whom they are working to make the initiative successful.
Encouraging Words for School Counselors is a podcast produced by Inspire Success. The free 5-10 minute podcasts air weekly with heartening short stories as well as practical tips from school counselors to make your workweek a bit lighter.
Whether you plan to apply for RAMP recognition, or you just want a more comprehensive, data-driven school counseling program, we can help. Our experienced school counseling consultants will partner with you and your school to help guide your team to being RAMP Ready through a process of workshops and supplemental digital support.
The School Improvement Institute (SI2) helps Indiana K-12 schools prepare students for success in postsecondary education and employment in a global economy. SI2 schools use the Vision-to-Action (VTA) Process — a proven, data-driven process — to raise student achievement. Leaders from SI2 schools learn one step of VTA each month and then facilitate data-driven discussions with teachers, students, parents, and other community stakeholders. Based on those discussions, the leadership team establishes a local vision and then identifies goals, root causes, and targeted interventions. The result is a school improvement plan that moves achievement data while meeting state and federal requirements.
