What you get with SPARK
Over 20 Years of Experience
We’ve been leading school improvement for over 20 years. We’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. We’re committed to helping schools create quality improvement plans that are implemented!
Aligned with IDOE's Template
SPARK is aligned with the school improvement plan and comprehensive needs assessment template from the Indiana Department of Education. Requirements for CSI, TSI, ATSI, Title I Targeted Assistance, and Title I Schoolwide are covered.
Less Prescriptive, More Options
Unlike past school improvement planning processes, SPARK outlines what’s required for your school and allows you to do only that work. We also provide optional activities proven to enrich your process, help you gather and analyze key data, and increase stakeholder buy-in. Your team decides what to do!
We’ve taken out the busy work and provided all the tools you need to succeed!
Support
Director of School Improvement Debbie Howell is always a phone call or email away. Inspire Success pride ourselves on support for educators. Our goal is to free up your time for students!
In-person coaching and meeting facilitation are available at an additional cost. Contact Debbie for availability and pricing.
Affordable
All of the tools and support are available to schools for a $1,900 annual subscription.
