At Inspire Success, we envision every school with a comprehensive school counseling program.
That’s why we work with school counseling associations and state leaders, as well as school districts to create online, asynchronous learning platforms – customized to meet the unique needs of each state or district – so that ALL schools can develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program.

Indiana currently has 199 schools enrolled in their Carrying the Torch to Student Success comprehensive school counseling online learning system. In 2025, 33 Indiana schools earned the RAMP award from ASCA through Carrying the Torch to Student Success.
