Aimee Portteus, Interim Executive Director and Director of School Counseling Initiatives, brings extensive experience in supporting educators and student success through her work at Inspire Success. She has been an integral part of the development and implementation of comprehensive school counseling programming, championed statewide career coaching initiatives, and provided responsive support to meet the evolving needs of school counselors across Indiana and beyond. Her leadership has been instrumental in designing systems and resources that empower schools to create more intentional, aligned, and impactful student support services.
