Debbie Howell brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director of SPARK School Improvement, where she focuses on practical, outcome-driven solutions for schools. For over a decade, she has developed and trained others on initiatives that produce measurable results. She has helped implement new systems for local governments across multiple states. Her commitment to education shows through her work with the American Student Achievement Institute (the predecessor to Inspire Success) on the Redesigning School Counseling (RSC) and College Success Coalition (CSC) projects. Debbie has also served as a substitute teacher, student services advisor, and Ivy Tech adjunct instructor—roles that give her a well-rounded perspective on the educational landscape. She excels at connecting schools and communities, transforming data insights into actionable plans that raise student achievement.

Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
