This needs assessment helps the school counseling program serve all students at our school. All responses are anonymous and confidential. This means that there is no way of associating or matching any response with the person who submitted that response.

You can skip any question you don't want to answer. While the Student Success Needs Assessment is helpful to your school, it is optional for all students.
