Carrying the Torch to Student Success is a new Indiana initiative to expand the number of model school counseling programs in the state and to recognize those programs through a tiered system of recognition established through a collaboration between the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) and Indiana School Counselor Association (INSCA). Inspire Success has been commissioned to provide this web-based, asynchronous instruction platform to help schools create a comprehensive school counseling program and apply for recognition. Though development of a comprehensive counseling program through the Carrying the Torch to Student Success online modules is free, completion does not guarantee state-level recognition.

By enrolling in Carrying the Torch to Student Success, the enrollee understands that aggregate information entered into the web-based system may be used for research and analysis purposes. However, enrollee-specific information is strictly confidential. Data and information entered by the enrollee may be retained in the web-based system indefinitely.

The Inspire Success website and all Carrying the Torch to Student Success materials contained within its learning management system are protected by intellectual property rights laws. All Carrying the Torch to Student Success materials and content, including but not limited to all course materials, processes, formats, designs, assessments, images, and videos pertaining to Carrying the Torch to Student Success may not be reproduced, published, extracted, and/or re-utilized without expressed written consent of the Indiana Department of Education. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) for the website and learning management system are reserved.
