Matt Fleck is the Executive Director of Inspire Success. Matt brings over 20 years of education, career, and counseling experience to multiple projects around the country. He has served as a high school counselor, a state school counseling specialist and Indiana’s state director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. He is respected among school counselors, administrators and CTE directors for developing innovative, practical solutions that improve connections between education and the needs of business and industry. As president of Fleck Education, Matt developed an online professional development series that has prepared school counselors in Indiana and South Dakota to receive a College and Career Readiness Certification.
Kelly has been both an elementary and a middle school counselor in urban, suburban and rural school settings across Indiana. From 2000 to 2004, she served as Indiana's School Counseling Consultant for the Indiana Department of Education where she facilitated school counselor program and student standards development and managed the state's Elementary School Counseling Grant. Starting in 2004, Kelly taught and coordinated the school counseling field experience for the IUPUI School of Education's Counseling & Counselor Education graduate program where she served as Assistant Program Coordinator. Kelly is also a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with clients of all ages in private practice.
Tina Weisman brings 30+ years of experience to her position as Director of SI2 at Inspire Success. She taught English, Sociology, Psychology, and World Geography in grades 7-12 classrooms and as an adjunct professor. She was a PreK-5 principal working with teachers in areas of effective curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices in the classroom and is a graduate of the Indiana Principals Leadership Academy. Representing Indiana as a Christa McAuliffe Fellow, Tina worked with the Indiana Department of Education to develop and share best practices in the classroom for optimum student success.
Nancy is the Director of Business. She brings over 30 years experience in the Finance/Business field to her position. She has worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including 11+ years as Corporation Treasurer of an Indiana school district. Nancy holds an associate degree in Marketing Management from Vincennes University, a bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Mary of The Woods College, and a certification from the Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO).
Amy is the Director of Online Tools & Development. She has been working with school data for over 20 years. As the Director of Enrollment, Data, and Communications for Indiana's 21st Century Scholars Program, she developed tools to help school counselors know which students had applied and been accepted to the program so they could identify students and families still needing encouragement. Amy was the first School Support Specialist hired by the American Student Achievement Institute. In that role, she saw the need for online tools to better facilitate the work schools were doing in school improvement planning. She transitioned to leading ASAI's development of online tools. Amy began her career in education as an eighth grade English / Language Arts teacher.
